Turns out it wasn't!
Shark Life is back at Eaglescairnie for another fun filled, obstacle packed weekend.
This time we are offering two different distances, a 3km and a 5km. Complete with water, mud, climbing, crawling and running we have created something that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Please note that the 5km route is open to over 8s ONLY.
As with all our family OCR events, adults can run for free with their children. We ask that all under 5s be accompanied by an adult but if your children are older then please feel free to run with them as well, we are all about family focused fun!
All finishers will receive a Shark Life 2019 medal but please note that this race is not timed and there are no prizes for first over the line. This is about fun, not speed.
Race numbers will be given out on the day, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your wave time to allow you to collect your number and warm up safely before you start. Please be on the start 10 mins before you start as we want to make sure you are briefed, warmed up and ready to go.

Find your way to the race
Head for EH41 4HN (nr Gifford) and you will see parking signs as you approach.
Car Parking
Off road car parking is available on site. Car parking will incur a donation fee of your choosing.
Facilities
Toilet facilities are available on site. Refreshments will also be available on site, provided by local groups with all money raised going back into the community. There will be home baking and a BBQ with funds going towards 4 local causes; Yester Primary School, Gifford Cubs & Brownies, Gifford Community Woods & Haddington Running Club.
